Jaiva – Mexican Crab Tostada

Here is one of my favorite and super easy Jaiba recipes for a light summer day!


Imitation crab – finely chopped

Fresh Parsley – minced

1/2 Onion – finely chopped

1 persian cucumber – chopped

2 small tomatoes (or one big) – chopped

1 avocado – chopped

1 tbs vinegrette

Juice of 1/2 lime

4 tbs of white wine

salt and pepper to taste

Tostadas (or if you would like to make your own, here is how: Corn tortillas, deep fry them)

After you have chopped all the ingredients, mix them all together!


That’s it!
