Do Not Track Please

The National Do Not Call Registry of 2004 (first introduced in 2003) was set to limit telemarketing calls U.S. consumers receive. Flash-forward nine years later, and legislation is being pushed  to regulate online tracking and marketing. John D. Rockerfeller (top U.S. Senate Democrat) is lobbying to establish regulation that would enact a universal “Do Not Track” option for online/mobile customers. Read the rest of this entry »
